Innovate: Architecting New Solutions
The Purpose: This is where new ideas are born. We collaboratively design new product concepts, research initiatives, and policy frameworks to address the challenges identified in Identify Phase.
Stakeholders: Organizers (Academic Institutions, Incubators) and Participants (Subject Matter Experts, Researchers, Technologists, Students).
Your Role:
As an Organizer: Host an innovation-focused event, hackathon, or workshop.
As a Participant: Lend your expertise in brainstorming sessions, mentor a hackathon team, or introducing a new framework/ product/ research initiative for industry challenges.
Accelerate: Turning Ideas into Ventures
The Purpose: We provide the crucial support needed to move promising concepts from the 'Innovate' phase toward reality.
Stakeholders: Participants (Venture Capitalists, Angel Investors, Incubators, Accelerators, Mentors).
Your Role:
Mentor a budding innovator or an early-stage team.
Provide incubation or acceleration support for promising concepts.
Consider new ventures for pre-seed or seed investment.
Commit: Securing Pre-Event Support
The Purpose: Before any major event, we lock in tangible commitments from our network to ensure every session delivers actionable outcomes.
Stakeholders: Organizers and Participants (Corporate Leaders, Mentors, Tech Companies).
Your Role:
As an Organizer: Secure internal resources and stakeholder buy-in for your event.
As a Participant: Formally pledge your contribution, whether it’s providing a workshop, judging a competition, offering digital tools/infrastructure or offering pilot-project support to a winning idea.
The Purpose: This is the main event where all stakeholders come together. It’s a convergence of ideas, talent, and capital to forge partnerships and spark action.
Stakeholders: Organizers (The primary event hosts) and Sponsors (Corporations, Foundations).
Your Role:
As an Organizer: Host and manage the logistics of the main event.
As a Sponsor: Provide the financial or in-kind support needed to make the event a success, gaining brand visibility and aligning with the resilience mission.
The Purpose: To demystify AI and empower the social sector with practical tools and knowledge to amplify their impact.
Stakeholders: Organizers (Host Institutions for workshops) and Participants (AI Experts, Tech Companies, Data Scientists).
Your Role:
As an Organizer: Host a practical, hands-on workshop for NGOs.
As a Participant: Develop and build free access courses, Share no-code AI tools, develop simple "how-to" guides, offer pro-bono consulting, or provide cloud credits and sandbox access to social organizations.
The Purpose: The work doesn't end when the event is over. We amplify the outcomes by publishing reports, sharing key insights, and tracking the progress of new collaborations.
Stakeholders: All Stakeholders (Organizers, Participants, Validators, Sponsors).
Your Role:
Contribute to the post-event "Impact Report."
Participate in follow-up activities to nurture the connections made.
